The main menu allows you to chose between the options 'colors and fonts', 'path', 'frame', 'insert' and 'add'. You can open the various sup-points to see more options ore simply add new information. The differnet categories are explained further on. The point 'Insert' allows you to transfer files and objects into your presentation. You can use files from your own desktop or online content (like youtube videos). The positive aspect is that every file (eg.: a picture, an online video, the various slides of a power point presentation or all the pages of a word document) is presented as one object that you can individually edit. By inserting frames you can on the one hand optically clarify your concept and on the other hand determin which group of elements will be seen as one group. The frames become necessary when you chose the differnet views of your presentation. One frame then will be one fullscreen view you 'zoom' in or out to. When you have the different layers and levels of you presentation arranged not every information is visible. You have to zoom in and out to present it. You can do that manually but for a presentation you might want to create a path, which means you choose a succession of fullscreen views. They will be saved and in presentation mode you can zoom to the next view just by clicking one button. You can chose between different color patterns and fonts. You can use the existing schemes or individually edit the colors and fonts. |
